Supporting the independent movement, Phenomenal Radio provides an outlet rare to find elswehere. Featuring many independent artists, alongside established artists on the station, Phenomenal Radio teamed up with Hip Hop Vibe to feature a hard-working artist each weekend. Though missing last weekend, Da Deputy was the previous artist featured. This weekend, Shelan takes the honors.
It was in London, England where Shelan began her music career, which would soon become successful in the United States. After building her name in the United Kingdom, Shelan would relocate to New York. In America, the R&B and soul singer would be met with more acclaim. Shelan would also live in Atlanta, before she and her family would move out West to Los Angeles.
Since the age of fifteen, Shelan has been rocking crowds and making good music. Growing a large fan base, Shelan is on the radar of many R&B enthusiasts. Networking and promoting, Shelan has become the favorite of many. Dependent on her continuing to work the way she does and delivering the same quality, Shelan will one day be one of the biggest names in R&B.
