#SurvivingRKelly Producer, Dream Hampton, Says She Didn’t Know That Touré Sexually Harassed His Former Coworker: “I wish he’d told me”

‘Surviving R. Kelly’ producer, Dream Hampton, is finally speaking out after news surfaced that one the documentary’s commentators, Touré, was accused of sexually harassing his former coworker.

In 2017, his former coworker, Dani, said that Touré would ask her sexually charged questions and make inappropriate comments. She reported him to HR and he was subsequently fired from his job.

Once fans got wind of Touré’s actions, they had questions for Dream about his involvement in the R. Kelly documentary. Dream took to twitter to say “I didn’t know Touré sexually harassed someone he worked with, I’m not sure how I could have known. He was included because he did the most famous interview with R. Kelly ever. Like Charlamagne, I wish he’d told me.” She also went on to say “I’ll tell you who else isn’t perfect, not a single one of the women who survived R. Kelly’s abuse, not a single parent. Still, I believe they deserve to be heard, believed, and fought for, and I always will.”

Should Touré have been involved in this documentary considering his history?
