21 Savage first rose to fame, back in 2015, and looked like a viral sensation, at best. Last year, he returned with his first radio hit, and Cardi B tapped him for “Bartier Cardi,” one of 2017’s biggest end of year hits. Since then, 21 has been going strong, this morning dropping his newest album, which boasts “monster” as his newest track.
