Jay Rock has become one of the hottest rising rappers, which is interesting, seeing how he’s an eight year veteran, putting TDE on the map, before Kendrick Lamar emerged. Kendrick repaid the favor by gifting him with “King’s Dead,” where he, Future, and James Blake appear. This became the Redemption album lead single, which also boasts appearances from SZA, Jeremih, and J. Cole.
