Common – “Open Letter”

A mutual respect exists between Jay-Z and Common. On his “retirement” album, Jay-Z praised Common and admitted to wanting to rap like him. A decade later, Jay-Z finds himself semi-retired and still the biggest rapper in the game. Jay-Z dropped his “Open Letter” song, which is a response to the critics of his trip to Cuba. Now, several other rappers have jumped on the track and Common has been added to the list.
