When Dj Khaled came into 2018, he had big plans. He started 2018 the same way he did 2017, with a Jay-Z/Beyoncé feature. Unlike 2017, this didn’t lead to him having the biggest year of his career.
Instead, DJ Khaled had a pretty forgettable year. His records came and went, despite him trying to recreate “I’m the One.” In the end, Khaled decided to take the time off.
But, Khaled is only taking one year off, which he did in 2009 and 2014. As he is welcoming 2019, with his wife, he had an announcement. His album, Father of Asahd, drops in 2019.
