Funk Flex releases new “Hitta” single with Bobby Shmurda
Funk Flex is widely recognized as one of the most legendary DJs, in New York, as well as in hip-hop overall. Last year, Flex worked with stars such as Polo G, Fivio Foreign, Jadakiss, and more, on various records.
Now, Flex has officially released his first single of 2022, “Hitta.” This features Bobby Shmurda, who was finally released from prison in February 2021, after being in prison since 2014. Flex also includes a legendary sample, which is Waka Flocka’s 2010 smash hit single, “Hard In Da Paint.” Bobby also recorded this record with Flex, while in the Hot 97 studio.
Bobby has been extremely consistent as well, since the second half of 2021. There, he put out his first song since his release, “No Time For Sleep Freestyle.” The Brooklyn rapper has since released singles such as “Splash,” “Shmoney” featuring Quavo and Rowdy Rebel, as well as “They Don’t Know,” last month.
