Lakeyah releases new “Want Em Hood” single
Lakeyah’s first single of 2023, which is “Want Em Hood,” has arrived. The Quality Control Music artist announced this record a week ago, as it also samples an iconic Atlanta record. That’s Gorilla Zoe’s “Hood N*****” single, which was a massive success in 2007.
With the release of Want Em Hood, Lakeyah is fresh off dropping her “No Pressure II” project, last September. That included 10 songs, as well as collaborations with Flo Milli, Latto, Icewear Vezzo, and more.
