From 2000 until 2011, the NBA’s Western Conference was dominated by the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs. Since 2001, the top two shooting guards out west have been Kobe Bryant and Manu Ginobili. Age and injuries have slowed both teams down and their records have shown it, though San Antonio has done well in the past two seasons.
