Rising DMV artist, Mally, a Hip Hop Vibe “On the Rise” alum, delivered his Basement 2 Billboard mixtape before the end of 2012. The early fall mixtape release has done well in the three months since the mixtape was released. Mally boasts features from some of the peers from the DMV area on this project.
