Kerim “SpaceyKay” Wilhelm is a Turkish/german, grammy-nominated producer and mixing engineer based in New York. His work spans from, trap, to pop, to RnB, to reggaeton, and everything in between. As well as an engineer and producer, he is the CEO of Corner Store Studios NYC.
SpaceyKay is a multi-instrumentalist. He started learning music when he was 7 years old, playing violin for 5 years. At 8 he started playing piano and at 9 he started playing guitar. While in elementary school A music teacher lent him a microphone and interface so he could start writing his own music in GarageBand. After playing in bands in middle school and high school SpaceyKay went to study music technology at NYU. While in college SpaceyKay played in bands and started interning at studios in the city. Once he graduated he began an engineering job at Manhattan Beach Studios. The studio created a platform for him to begin working with big clients.

In 2020 SpaceyKay was recognized for his hard work and dedication with a Grammy nomination. SpaceyKay now owns a studio and has a management deal with Shout Out Media. The producer’s drive for success and vast knowledge of music has enabled him to work in multiple genres, including rap, RnB, pop, etc. SpaceyKays new placements include PNB Rock, Soulja Boy, 22gz, and Capella Gray as well as doing mixes for artists like YBN Almighty Jay.
