Napoleon LV is definitely making a national impact from the local scene. Based here in North Carolina, Napoleon LV is a native of Raleigh, which is home to his Superb Skate Shop. A businessman/rapper, Napoleon LV did more of the latter with the release of “My Cup,” his new single, this morning.
