Going against the grain isn’t easy, which is why it’s called going against the grain. One of the hardest things to do is navigate the music industry as an independent artist. But, it is not impossible if a person takes their stuff seriously, Q The Question is proving this.

Q The Question is the CEO of SKE Records, running the day-to-day of the company. The label is best-known as the home of Trel Mack and Petter Jones, two of Philadelphia’s hottest rising talents. His work has shown what an artist can do with properly run management.

A lot of people are trying to do what Q The Question has successfully done for close to five years. Recently, The Ignant Truth Radio Show had Q The Question call in. During their interview, he discussed the growth of SKE Records and what it takes to get an independent artist buzzing.
