Last year ended the same way 2012 did, with fans disappointed in Raekwon not dropping a new album. Initially, Raekwon was going to release the third album in the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx series. However, Raekwon eventually changed the album to F.I.L.A., it’s current title.
As the year of 2014 is now here and in the second month, Raekwon is making plans of finally releasing the album. Him taking time off has done well in getting his album put together. Raekwon has a lot of collaborations on the album that he wants to talk about.
DJ Whoo Kid was live on air at Shade 45 when Raekwon called in. He called in and he spoke on his F.I.L.A. album, which is coming up. They talked about his upcoming collaboration with Jay-Z and he also talked about Macklemore apologizing to Kendrick Lamar after his Grammy win. In the coming months, Raekwon will deliver his full album.
