Way back when, Rampage was on the cusp of becoming a major star. He had plenty of buzz built when he appeared alongside Busta Rhymes on Craig Mack’s “Flava In Ya Ear” remix. Holding his own alongside many of the biggest rappers in the game, at the time, was a big look.
In later years, Rampage continued to hold it down by Busta Rhymes’ side. They worked directly when Rampage was a part of the Flipmode Squad and their record label, Flipmode Records. But, when Busta Rhymes joined Dr. Dre and Aftermath, he was not a part of the deal.
Recent years have seen Rampage working more on the independent scene with his mixtapes and street albums. Rampage has quite the reputation for holding things down in this position. He discussed this and his future in his interview with iNoslen Radio.
