The Notorious B.I.G. had people stunned, 21 years ago, today, as people were awaking to discover that he was shot and killed, very early that morning, in Los Angeles. Years later, documentaries are still being produced about his death, but the killer has yet to be confirmed. It was always evident, the history Biggie and Jay-Z had, and it’s shown in everything Jay-Z does, as his streaming service, TIDAL, has a playlist dedicated to Biggie Smalls, this morning, honoring his memory.
