In his short amount of time in the music industry, Elevated has already collaborated with big names in the business. Some of the popular artists he has worked with include British rapper Fredo, English singer and songwriter Jorja Smith, and Coventry-based singer and rapper Jay1. While recording was his first love, being a music producer became his true passion, which has led him to great success.
Before becoming a music producer, Elevated started his musical career by uploading random sounds and beats on YouTube. The platform was still in the emerging stage during those years, but he was consistent with sharing his original material on the site. When YouTube boomed, Elevated’s career took a sudden rise as well, and since then, there has been success after success for him.
The alias “Elevated” was inspired by the music pages the music artist and producer listened to frequently when he was young. He had always been fascinated by the music of HyyerEducation, music project Majestic Casual, and 88rising. These artists became successful without revealing their true names, and Elevated wanted to do the same.
Elevated has always loved and been passionate about music ever since he was a child. While his peers were busy playing random games, he was producing his own music when he was only 12 years old. Back then, he only had an old laptop and the classic digital audio workstation software called FL Studio. Despite his limited resources, Elevated made the most out of what he had and he was honing his skills for an eventual career in music.
As Elevated got to work on bigger projects, people from the mainstream music industry began to notice his music. He got his first break when he got a call from Octavian, one of the U.K.’s biggest hip-hop artists. Elevated was asked to produce the mixtape for Spaceman for the British rapper. This exposure officially launched the career of Elevated as a certified music producer for music superstars.
The collaboration with Octavian gave Elevated fame, but it was his work for the documentary “The Outsiders” that he considers his biggest achievement. This work was something he had never done before, so it put his artistry to the test. He took it as a chance to show the world how diverse his music could be. Elevated adds that he was thrilled to work on the documentary series, and he considers it a great honor to be a part of it.
More projects are in store for Elevated’s fans, but he wants to keep things as a surprise for now.
