Tory Lanez has yet to provide another hit single to match what “Say It” did late in 2015 and last year. But, DJ Khaled is back for yet another summer with a big record. This was something Tory Lanez decided to get in on, as he flipped his “Shining” record, featuring Beyonce and Jay Z.
