Trav – “Cain”

Trav returns with new single Cain

Trav had a run during the late 2000s and early 2010s. Even though Trav didn’t have much mainstream success, he impacted the game. During the MySpace era, Trav really dominated the game. A native of Queens, Trav was co-signed by Lloyd Banks. The co-sign from Banks helped Trav go a long way. Early in the 2010s, Trav looked like he was going to break through.

Already, Trav worked with Lloyd Banks on some records. Trav soon got the 50 Cent co-sign, but that situation went left. The Trav / 50 Cent situation became a full fledged beef. Trav and 50 Cent got into a fight that Meek Mill had to break up. While the 50 Cent beef was good publicity, Trav saw that become the height of his mainstream career.

Make no mistake, Trav is forever a major force in the game. If Trav never released any more music, he will be good, and better than most. Thankfully, Trav did release something new for those who love that gritty street music. Trav had those fans in mind, when he dropped his single, “Cain.” This is Trav’s first single in almost two years, or so.
