In 2011, Tity Boi began releasing several singles and began appearing on a number of mixtapes. During the summer of 2011, Tity Boi stopped releasing new music and 2 Chainz began releasing music. Those who were in Atlanta and close to Tity Boi were well aware of what was going on, but it took 2 Chainz revealing his name was changed for most to remember.
Fast forward one year and 2 Chainz is now one of the biggest rappers in the game and has an official studio album in the works.
