Unlike last year, the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards took place and nobody got hurt, despite the disses. Leading up to the show, Kendrick Lamar dropped a verse that shook the game up with its lines. Drake and others brushed it off, while Meek Mill began responding to Kendrick Lamar’s disses.
The 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards taped a few weeks ago and they aired last night, becoming the source of a lot of conversation. Regardless of how people feel about the show, they tune in and they share their thoughts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Last night was no different with Papoose going after Kendrick once more.
In addition to the comments made by Game and Papoose on Twitter, there were plenty of jokes flying around. At times, hip hop can get tense and there are parody videos out there that can lighten the mood. Once such video parodied the cypher with verses from Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Chief Keef, Macklemore, and Miley Cyrus.
