21 Savage received his own day in Georgia
21 Savage has been one of the hottest artists out of Atlanta, since 2016. The East Atlanta native has created plenty of hits, and worked with some of the biggest artists in the game, such as Future, Calvin Harris, J. Cole, Drake, and more. 21 also gives back to the Atlanta area, in various initiatives.
According to TMZ, 21 also received his own day in the state of Georgia, on Wednesday. This came after he and his Leading By Example Foundation held their 4th annual Grant-A-Wish event. 100 parents and their children were gifted presents and snacks, as the Christmas holiday nears.
Georgia state representative Billy Mitchell was who officially declared 21 Savage day for December 21. This is due to 21’s humanitarian efforts in the state, as well as assisting students with his financial literacy program, which is the 21 Savage Bank Account initiative.
21 has had an amazing last several months with his music. In November, he and Drake released their joint album, “Her Loss.” That essay debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and had one of the biggest first week sales of 2022. 16 tracks were available, including a collaboration with Travis Scott.
