Currently, 21 Savage is establishing himself as one of the game’s biggest artists. Definitely, “Bank Account,” “Bartier Cardi,” and “Rockstar” have put 21 on a much bigger platform. But, before 21 Savage was all over the radio, Drake was co-signing him.
21 Savage was one of many rappers, in 2015, who attained viral success. However, a lot of viral rappers have struggled turning that into an actual career. Not only did 21 Savage struggle less than the others, he did so with Drake’s co-sign.
Recently, 21 Savage did an interview, where he ended up discussing the impact Drake has had. In addition to being a force in the game, Drake has aided a lot of rising rappers. For that, 21 Savage said that he deserves more credit for what he does for the indies.
