21 Savage scores first gold certified single by RIAA in “X,” featuring Future, and will headline concert in Minneapolis on November 18

21-savage-5Every year, Atlanta is home to a breakout artist and 21 Savage holds that distinction for 2016. His breakout year was 2015, but 21 Savage has shown staying power. That, paired with co-signs from Future and Drake put the young man on the fast track.

Before the end of the summer, 21 Savage delivered “X,” featuring the aforementioned Future. The song has gotten tons of radio play and is up to 30 million plays on YouTube. Easily, “X” has become 21 Savage’s biggest single, to date.

21 Savage received some good news to close the weekend. The RIAA has named “X” by 21 Savage featuring Future gold, as it has reached the 500,000 mark. In addition to this, 21 Savage was booked by Distinct Attractions for an event in Minnesota, hosted by Dolo Mr. Gip and sounds from DJ TIIIIIIIIIIP and David Haze. The event takes place on November 18 at Myth, with G-Herbo also performing.
