2Pac’s estate scored a major win in retaining royalties and unreleased music for the late rapper against Entertainment One. Members of the estate claim that they were screwed over a 7 figure paycheck, according to TMZ.
According to sources close to TMZ, the 2Pac estate will receive a 6 figure check for the revenue from his music. Pac’s mother Afeni originally handed down the lawsuit in 2013 to obtain the unreleased records and royalties. Afeni had passed away in May 2016.
The lawsuit could’ve been resolved a few years ago had Afeni still been around. Nonetheless, Pac’s estate will receive a large check and rightfully so for his unrelased music and royalties.
