Shakur was charged with with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple possession of methamphetamine and having unlawful drug paraphernalia.

It all went down on October 19 around 5:40p.m. where police arrived at 2215 E Unaka Ave as they found Shakur after seeing that he had warrants out for his arrest. At the scene, they saw Shakur leaving in a car in the passengers side. They soon traced him down at 1908 E. Unaka Ave. As police tried to arrest him to put him into custody, he reached for his waistband and pulled out a knife. Police struggled to get Shakur down but eventually did so.
