It looked like the San Francisco 49ers were going to win the Super Bowl title. After Usher performed, it ended up being a lot of momentum for the Kansas City Chiefs. For the casual fan, it was just a good night of football. However, it had to be stress for the San Francisco fans. But for the ones who bet money on this, they took a major loss. With one man, he lost $20,000, and he took his anger out on the television.
Patrick Mahomes is becoming one of the biggest stars in sports. Already, he has three Super Bowl championships, an MVP, and three Super Bowl MVP awards. With that, people are already mentioning him with the all-time great football legends. Seeing what he’s done, getting the elusive back-to-back titles, it’s hard to not justify the argument.
While all of this is good for Patrick Mahomes, it’s bad for the people who placed bets and lost. Of course, it’s common sense to never spend money a person can’t afford to lose. Also, obviously, it’s rare that people actually abide by those rules. Clearly, this man did not, and he ended up losing $20,000 when the Chiefs beat San Francisco, so he destroyed the television set he watched the game on.
