Throughout his career, 50 Cent has always had odd tension with Diddy, dating back to his mixtape days. Once hired by Bad Boy Records as a ghostwriter, 50 Cent’s gun possession cost him his job. But, there was a better offer from Dr. Dre and Eminem, a few years later.
While 50 Cent and Diddy have had moments of being cool with each other, they have a history of trading disses. It began, ironically, on a song 50 Cent did with The Notorious B.I.G. on the Bad Boys 2 soundtrack. Tensions really rose when Mase entered the mix.
The past year has seen 50 Cent take Diddy on, due to him entering the vodka market with Effen Vodka. Recently, both joked about the disses, as Diddy has finally sent some shots back. This morning, 50 Cent took to his Instagram and shared a photo of him and an old man on the streets on a bench and referred to the man as Puff (Diddy).
