Last year, 50 Cent finally got the monkey off his back and he released his first album in five years, Animal Ambition. The album marked 50 Cent’s first release under his new independent deal. No longer with his longtime label home, Interscope Records, 50 Cent is partnered with Capitol.

Initially, 50 Cent said Street King Immortal would be released later in the year, following Animal Ambition. Dating back to 2011, 50 Cent has been discussing Street King Immortal and now it’s due. Unlike in previous years, 50 Cent is going for big features on this album.

50 Cent was working hard, last night, and it was obvious that it was on his album. As opposed to his usual Instagram posts, which are memes of some form, 50 Cent had studio pics. Joining him in the studio, for those who don’t know, were Tyga and Chris Brown, which means 50 has some smashes for the summer coming up.
