50 Cent testifies in court over sextape leak after attempting to have a mistrial due to media coverage, but offers apology to Lavonia Leviston

This morning, 50 Cent had to arrive in Manhattan to testify in court. As everyone knows, 50 Cent is facing a lot and his finances can potentially take a hit. Six years ago, 50 Cent leaked a sextape which starred Lavonia Leviston, the mother of one of Rick Ross’ children.

Dating back to 2009, 50 Cent has engaged in a feud with Rick Ross. Now, it is looking like 50 Cent is paying the ultimate price, filing for bankruptcy in an attempt to avoid paying Lavonia Leviston. The process began this morning and 50 Cent was trying his hardest to make changes.

50 Cent had his attorneys push for a mistrial when he arrived in court, due to the abundant media presence. However, investigations proved the media coverage led them right back to the defendant. Upon arriving in court, 50 Cent did offer an apology to Lavonia Leviston for leaking the sextape of her, in the first place.
