6ix9ine and Jade have always gone through controversy. A few years ago, Jade was blamed for breaking up Cardi B and Offset. Ironically, four years later, she’s facing those same accusations. However, Jade wasn’t only making waves over there. Also, Jade said when she was involved with 6ix9ine that he was cheating on her with DJ Akademiks.

6ix9ine is viewed as the first successful troll rapper. Mostly, he relied on social media antics in order to gain fame. However, he continued trolling various rappers, baiting them into responding to him. Once he got their attention, 6ix9ine began dropping hit records. In addition, he began working with many big names, including Nicki Minaj and Trey Songz.

6ix9ine was on top of the world during the 2018-2019 period. During that span of time, “FeFe” dropped and the Nicki Minaj-assisted record ended up going number one on Billboard Hot 100. That time period also saw 6ix9ine and DJ Akademiks become close. Now, according to 6ix9ine’s ex, Jade, who he also shares children with, he was cheating on her with Akademiks, during that time.
