6LACK announces new “Since I Have A Lover” album

It’s been almost five years now, since 6LACK released an album. However, the Atlanta native did a promo run in his hometown, where he had Valentine’s Day cards being passed out in the city. As a result, many believes that 6LACK’s album hiatus was finally going to end.

On Wednesday, 6LACK went on to confirm on social media, that his third studio album is arriving in March 24. This project will be titled “Since I Have A Lover.” A self-titled single will also be arriving on March 1. In his announcement, 6LACK posted a video of himself working on a song inside a studio.

6LACK’s previous album released in 2018 was his sophomore project, “East Atlanta Love Letter.” That was led by singles such as “Switch” and “Nonchalant,” as well as collaborations with Future, J. Cole, and Offset. East Atlanta Love Letter went on to debut at number three in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. It’s also certified gold in the US.
