One of the reasons Drake originally found success in the game was because of his appreciation for the lyrical emcees. Among the people Drake ended up linking up with early on was 9th Wonder. Earlier in his career, Drake often talked about 9th Wonder and their upcoming collaboration.
Drake has been a major label artist for four years and he has experienced incredible success over the past three years. Recently, Drake has gotten the fans ready for his upcoming album, his third, Nothing Was the Same. A lot has come from Drake, but one thing that has not come has been the 9th Wonder collaboration.
During a recent interview with IMC Magazine, 9th Wonder talked about a wide range of topics. Among the things touched upon was the topic of Jay-Z and other artists. But, the biggest topic discussed was Drake. 9th Wonder talked about their long-awaited collaboration and if it will ever happen.

Shaking his head repeatedly, 9th is then asked whether or not it’s Drizzy’s fault. “We don’t wanna use the word ‘fault’ but it is what it is,” he states.
