Detractors tried to discredit the A$AP Mob, but there is nothing they can say now because the crew is full of stars. A$AP Rocky has dominated the game over the past two years and his album debuted at number one. A$AP Ferg, on the other hand, is one of the biggest breakout artists of 2013.

In a few short days, A$AP Ferg will release Trap Lord, his debut album. This album has caused a lot of media stir for A$AP Ferg. Early on, Gucci Mane ended up getting into a beef with A$AP Ferg over the title, but they have since gotten past it and “Work” has become a popular single.

This morning, A$AP Ferg started his day over at Hot 97 when he sat down with Ebro and Laura Stylez. In their interview, A$AP Ferg spoke to Hot 97 about his father, growing up in Harlem, and his upcoming album. On August 20, A$AP Ferg will release his new album.
