A$AP Rocky is still in jail in Stockholm, Sweden after he and his crew assaulted a man who was stalking them. A$AP recorded everything though as he said the man attacked his security guard with headphones and also added that the man and his friend were touching women inappropriately. Police put A$AP in jail due to viewing him as a flight risk.
According to Swedish media outlet Agence France-Presse (AFP), Sweden’s Supreme Court has denied A$AP’s appeal to be released from custody. The investigation is still ongoing.
In the meantime, A$AP will in jail for two more weeks. After that, another hearing will be had to see if he will still be locked up. He’s already missing out on a ton of money as he’s lost over $1 million in shows. Shows in Norway, Poland, Ireland and Britain have already been canceled.
A$AP Ferg recently gave an update and said that Rocky is in solitary confinement with no visiting or phone privileges. If Rocky does end up getting convicted, he could get six years in prison. If that happens, it would be a huge injustice as Rocky defended himself from a possible threat.
