A$AP Rocky in final stages of mixing “Don’t Be Dumb” album
Over the past several years, fans have been waiting on A$AP Rocky’s first studio album, in over six years. This is “Don’t Be Dumb,” which Rocky initially announced back in 2022. However, fans are now being treated to a major update, regarding the project.
In a new interview with GQ, A$AP Rocky revealed that he’s mixing and mastering Don’t Be Dumb. However, an official release date has still yet to be revealed, as of now.
Rocky’s last album was “Testing,” which was released in June of 2018. 15 songs were included, as well as appearances from T.I., Skepta, Kid Cudi, and more. Rocky experimented on various flows, as the album went on to see a number four debut on the Billboard 200 chart.
In A$AP Rocky’s hiatus from music, he’s becoming a major family man. In 2022, he welcomed his first child, RZA, with his girlfriend, Rihanna. At the end of last summer, the two also went on to welcome their second child, as that was also another boy. Rih’s second pregnancy was initially revealed during her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance, in Arizona. Fans began to recognize her growing baby bump, as her rep went on to confirm the pregnancy, after the game.
