Ace Hood, Nino Brown, and DJ Khaled partying in Miami

A few years ago, South Florida hip hop had a major explosion and it was led by the chants of DJ Khaled. Gaining fame as Fat Joe’s DJ, DJ Khaled provided an outlet for such rappers as Rick Ross, Plies, and Brisco. The door opened by DJ Khaled also led to a significant boost in popularity for Lil Wayne and others.

But, DJ Khaled’s biggest project has been that of Ace Hood. After five years in the game, it appears as if Ace Hood has finally begun to receive his rightful respect. Unlike the others, Ace Hood is not from Miami, he is from Fort Lauderdale. But, there is a new generation of Miami rappers coming up, starting with Nino Brown.

Recently, Nino Brown was out partying in Miami and We The Best Music Group’s headliners were in the building. The three hottest figures in South Florida are Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, and Nino Brown. While the We The Best guys are established, Nino Brown is a name to look out for in the future.
