Certain emcees are credited with the resurgence in New York hip hop. But, what gets overlooked is the fact that hip hop is a team sport. The emcees play a starring role, but there are also DJs and producers who help this whole thing go round. Production also was key to New York City’s resurgence in the game.
Harry Fraud has helped shape the sound of this new generation of New York hip hop and most of the rappers have built bonds with him. One rapper who has become very close to the hottest beatmaker in the city is Action Bronson. Suddenly, he has gone from being another rapper in New York to one of the biggest ones out there.
Action Bronson and Harry Fraud are working closely for Saaab Stories, their joint project. An EP, the project features seven new tracks from Action Bronson and also an appearance from Wiz Khalifa. Today, the official project cover and the track listing for the new release has come and is due on June 11.
