In that time, nothing has been done to make society any safer. As a result, there is an armed man walking on foot at Michigan State University, in Lansing. As of press time, people are still gathering information. So far, there are reports of at least six victims, and one fatality.

Mass shootings have become so common that it’s no longer breaking news. It’s sad, because there have already been so many in 2023. Due to the high number of shootings, many of them no longer make the news. What is so sad about this is how dangerous those kinds of situations are. Any time a life is lost, due to nonsense, it should make major headlines. However, because of how frequently things like this happen, the “shock value” is gone.
