Adele has reached new heights in her career and she has set a record in music not seen in over a decade. The weekend sales of her album were some of the biggest sales since Usher and 50 Cent’s 2004 and 2005 album sales. Now, Adele is set to have massive first week sales.
Recently, the first week sales projections for Adele’s 25 were updated. It was expected, seeing how she sold 2.5 million copies over this past weekend. The first week sales projections for 25 are now up to 3 million copies, a major accomplishment.
