Adele wishes Megan Thee Stallion a Merry Christmas after trial
On Friday, the Internet was buzzing, after Tory Lanez was found guilty in his trial, regarding him allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in July 2020. Tory was found guilty on all three felony charges, which includes negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. Tory faces over 22 years in prison, as he will be sentenced on January 27. Following the verdict, Tory’s father and stepmother ranted about it, and called out the decision, as well as randomly Jay Z and Roc Nation.
Supporters of Megan have since celebrated on social media, as they believe justice has been served. Many celebrities have been uplifting her as well, including Adele.
On Friday night, Adele had one of her Las Vegas residency concerts, as she shouted out Megan. She did so by wishing her a”very, very Merry Merry Christmas.” Adele added that Megan has weight off of her shoulders now, following the conclusion of this trial. Following Adele’s shout out to Meg on stage, fans in attendance soon erupted in applause.
