Adele’s “30,” is The Number One Album in The US, For Second Consecutive Week

On November 19, Adele finally released her highly anticipated fourth studio album, “30.” This project was led by the chart-topping “Easy On Me” single, which has spent seven weeks at number one, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
30 also went on to debut at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart. Now, it’s at this position for a second straight week, according to Chart Data. Over the past week, it sold 284,000 units.
30 initially had the biggest debut for an album, in 2021. It posted 839,000 first week units, which was expected, considering that fans waited for a new Adele album, since 2015. This project contains 12 songs in total, which includes a collab with Erroll Garner.
Adele also announced this week, that she will be having Las Vegas residency concerts, in 2022. This will kick off in January, and run through April. Caesar’s Palace will be hosting these shows.
