R&B stars have come and gone over the past few years and Adrian Marcel is one emerging from the Bay Area. He follows the success of Jonn Hart, who recently released his new project, Heart 2 Hart 2. But, Adrian Marcel is the current star, as he just released Weak After Next and he is touring with Keyshia Cole.
Although she has spent her professional career in Atlanta, Keyshia Cole is originally from Oakland. This is one of the reasons why she has decided to help Adrian Marcel, as he is establishing himself as a star. Meanwhile, Adrian Marcel is watching the world catch onto his movement.
This morning, Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee welcomed Adrian Marcel early at Power 105.1 for “The Breakfast Club.” DJ Envy was not present, but the dynamic duo held it down. They talked to Adrian Marcel about the Oakland/Bay Area scene, working with Keyshia Cole, Weak After Next, and much more.
