In her rise to fame, her feelings about Drake have been well documented. Since her departure from “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” Akbar has focused in on her career, and running it up. This led to her finally getting the chance to meet Drake in Houston.

Akbar V initially gained traction on social media, when she threatened Tommie. When Tommie gained fame on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” Akbar was threatening her. At the time, Akbar wasn’t yet on the show, but rumors said she would join the show to confront Tommie. Ultimately, Akbar ended up joining the show the year after Tommie left.

Akbar V has gone through the typical of a rising star in this climate. She’s had a high profile video leak to the internet. In addition, she’s had feuds on the TV, along with feuds on social media. Now she is done with the show, and is now all about her work with the music. This led to her going to Houston, which is where she had the chance to meet Drake.
