She followed up with her sophomore album Diary Of Alicia Keys, receiving critical acclaim. That album featured singles like “You Don’t Know My Name,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “Diary” featuring Jermaine Paul. The now 5x platinum certified album, sold more than 8 million copies during its initial release. Other notable singles from the awarded star include “My Boo” featuring Usher, “Un-Thinkable (I’m Ready),” “No One,” and “Empire State of Mind” with Jay-Z.
Although Alicia has multiple number one hits, “Diary” is a cult-classic in the R&B world. In tradition of her sophomore album, Alicia performed at Webster Hall in NYC, the same place she performed twenty years ago.
