All things come to an end as TikTok may be getting banned from the United States along with other Chinese apps

The ever popular app TikTok may be getting the boot soon as the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo makes a comment during an interview today that there are national security concerns… Right.

“With respect to Chinese apps on people’s cellphones, I can assure you the United States will get this one right too. I don’t want to get out in front of the president, but it’s something we’re looking at.”

A TikTok spokesperson spoke with BuzzFeed News and shared that TikTok is actually led by an American CEO with hundreds of employees and that they have never provided user data to the Chinese government, nor even asked to do so. Many take to Twitter as several make valid comments such as:

“We can ban TikTok but not racism?”  “America can ban TikTok but not the KKK…” and the realest of them all:

“America wants to ban TikTok but doesn’t want to arrest the cops who killed #BreonnaTaylor and execute them.”
