Yesterday, people were out and about, celebrating the 4th of July. Many people took advantage of the vacation weekend, and were having a good time. While some people went to the beaches, others took in some inland places. Regardless of where people were, most people got somewhere when it was nighttime to watch some fireworks. According to reports, over $2.7 billion was spent on the fireworks.

There are some things that are a part of the American culture. Independence Day is one of those things that remains a part of the fabric of America’s culture. Of course, there are other celebrations for each individual groups that are celebrating their own independences. As a result, there is a debate going on whether or not Independence Day should be celebrated alongside these other holidays.

In the case of Independence Day 2023, the companies involved in fireworks came up big. Overall, the makers of the fireworks and the retailers of the fireworks came up big. Financially, that industry made $2.7 billion off Independence Day, alone, this year. Of course, factors such as inflation have caused these prices to inflate, this producing large sales numbers.
