It appears that actor and comedian David Koechner is seeking the advice of his own wife guru in getting a divorce. Koechner, who’s mostly known for playing the Champ Kind character on “Anchorman,” filed for divorce from his wife of 20 plus years. He filed documents on Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court to divorce his wife, Leigh.
The couple share five children together. Some of them are still minors, so that could make the process more difficult given the custody part. The two met on plane back in the day. They got married in 1998.
There’s a kick in this story. Leigh apparently is a motivational speaker who’s currently teaching a 6-week webinar on divorce. So you can see the irony in that given this recent development in her own relationship.
