André 3000 announces “New Blue Sun Live” Tour

In November, the legendary André 3000 surprised fans worldwide, by announcing that he would be releasing a new long-awaited solo album. However, this wouldn’t be a rap album, but simply an instrumental album with the playing of the flute. André playing this instrument in public had became a public trend for many years, and he ended up taking it to the booth

As a result, André 3000’s New Blue Sun” album went on to be released on November 17. Eight songs were available, as many also included very lengthy titles. Moreover, the project was co-produced by André and included multi-instrumentalist Carlos Niño, and featuring the playing of Nate Mercereau, Surya Botofasina, Deantoni Parks, Diego Gaeta, Matthew David, V.C.R, Diego Gaeta, Jesse Peterson, and Mia Doi Todd.

Meanwhile, André 3000 is also set to go on his own headlining tour, in prmootion of New Blue Sun. This is the “New Blue Sun Live” Tour, which will begin on January 29, in Brooklyn. 23 dates will be available in total, as it will conclude on March 23, in Los Angeles. Many of the cities have multiple dates, including André’s hometown of Atlanta, with four.
