A regular Manhattan, New York City day ended up being a whole ordeal for Annabel Sen, back in January. She was walking down the street, preparing to have lunch with her boyfriend. However, a rainstorm was brewing, and the wind was up.

Annabel Sen, 23-years-old, at the time, had the misfortune of walking past a penthouse, which sat atop twelve stories. As the rainstorm intensified, wind picked up. A chair, on the penthouse balcony, flew off, hitting Sen, obviously injuring her.

Because of these injuries, Annabel Sen sought to sue, filing a lawsuit against GR Realty Holdings, LLC., the owner of the building. The company, in turn, is owned by Michael Rubin, a co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers. However, a spokesperson for Rubin said he was not residing at the penthouse, during the time of the incident, instead the co-founders of tech company, Brax, were occupying the home, at the time.
